3. Quotes and Engagements

Submitting a quote request or inquiry does not create a binding service agreement. A service relationship is only formed once FinancialKhan and the client have agreed on the scope of work, fees, and terms of engagement, whether in writing, by email, or through a signed proposal.

FinancialKhan reserves the right to accept or decline any quote request or engagement at its sole discretion.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for Services will be communicated in advance through a quote, proposal, or engagement agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Fees are due according to the payment schedule set out in the applicable proposal or agreement.
• Late payments may result in suspension of Services until payment is received.
• All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to provide our Services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documentation relevant to your project
• Respond promptly to requests for clarification or additional materials
• Ensure you have the right to share any information, photos, or documents submitted to us

FinancialKhan is not responsible for delays or inaccuracies in our work resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by the client.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Our Services involve professional analysis, advice, and recommendations based on the information available at the time of engagement. FinancialKhan does not guarantee any specific financial outcome, business result, or performance metric. Any projections, forecasts, or recommendations we provide are for informational purposes and should not be considered a guarantee of future results.

Clients remain solely responsible for their own business and financial decisions, including any decisions made based on our advice, analysis, or recommendations.

7. Not Legal, Tax, or Investment Advice

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, our Services do not constitute legal, tax, investment, or accounting advice. We recommend consulting with a licensed attorney, tax professional, or investment advisor for advice specific to your legal, tax, or investment needs.

8. Intellectual Property
